I am at tenterhooks too, waiting for news. I have not heard that the plans are any different from before - ie, we are still looking at the fremantle fishing boat harbour as the location. It should be installed in the next month, by my latest information. I have an almost-direct line from those in the know, and I will be making any announcements as they come in on my blog!
